- Senior experience. 7+ years on production regulated programs, 3+ go-lives in the last 18 months.
- Code in production. You can review a pull request, write a Snowpark UDF, or debug a Kubernetes pod — at speed.
- Regulator literate. You understand BCBS 239, DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act, HIPAA, SOX — or you learn fast.
- Frameworks agnostic. You pick the right tool per problem — Snowflake when it's Snowflake, Databricks when it's Databricks.
- Ship in production. Demo-only is not your style.
